Configure the CRM connection, pipeline and order-field mappings before enabling background exchange. Test with one order and inspect the log before processing real orders. This translated version is a concise guide. The complete technical reference is currently available in Russian.
1. How the module works
The 1C-Bitrix module links store orders to Bitrix24 deals using a configured order ID field. Depending on enabled settings, it can create deals from orders, create eligible orders from deals, and synchronize supported fields or stages. Configure each direction explicitly and check the event log.
2. Install and connect
Install the module in the 1C-Bitrix administration area. Open its CRM connection tab, enter a webhook with the required CRM permissions, select the store site and confirm that the connection succeeds. Do not place webhook credentials in screenshots or support messages.
3. Pipeline and stages
Select the Bitrix24 pipeline and map every relevant store order status to a CRM deal stage. For synchronization from CRM to store, each CRM stage must resolve to exactly one store status. After changing a pipeline or stage, review all mappings again.
4. Order fields and products
For each payer type, map the order ID to a suitable CRM field and configure other order fields. Check field types and list values. If product matching is enabled, select the correct store and CRM catalogues and a unique product identifier; an unmatched product may prevent reverse order creation.
5. Automation and background jobs
The module uses 1C-Bitrix agents and the site cron for background work. A saved setting alone does not prove cron runs. If two-way stage synchronization is required, configure the CRM outbound webhook and verify both directions with a test order and deal.
6. Checks, fixes and logs
Use the order-checking and correction tabs only after reviewing their scope. Read the report before any bulk creation, deletion or modification. Compare the store order ID with the CRM deal field, inspect the latest log entry and repeat a single controlled test after fixing a mapping.
7. Before going live
Confirm the webhook permissions, site, pipeline, payer types, order ID field, stage mappings and cron. Create one test order, check its deal, fields and products, then test reverse synchronization if enabled. For support, email modules@ank-studio.ru without sending secrets.
